How do I see the breakdown of commissions paid for each day?
To see the breakdown of commissions paid by day:
- Click on brand name (upper right-hand)
- Click on 'Account settings' in the drop-down menu
- Click on 'Invoices' (left-hand)
- Click into a specific date to see an itemized breakdown of commissions paid
Where can I see my total daily spend?
To see the total amount of spend paid per day:
- Click on brand name (upper right-hand)
- Click on 'Account settings' in the drop-down menu
- Click on 'Invoices' (left-hand)
- Scroll down to the specific date you wish to see
- Under ‘Amount’ it will give you the total amount of spend paid for that day (keep in mind, this may also include any Boosts you may have added to your campaigns)
The status for my last invoice says failed – what should I do?
If your last invoice says failed, we will pause your campaign and automatically attempt to recharge your card/account in 24 hours. If there is a known card or banking issue, please let us know by emailing support@klickly.com.
If you need to update the credit card on file in the dashboard to solve the failed payment, simply:
- Click on the brand name (upper-right)
- Click on 'Account settings' in the drop-down menu
- Click on 'Account Management'
- Scroll to the bottom and update the card on file under 'Billing Information'.
