How can I change the date range when viewing metrics in the dashboard?
The date range for metrics defaults to 'last 30 days' in the dashboard. To adjust this date range, simply click on the calendar icon at the top of the page and choose the start date and end date you would like to view – your performance metrics will automatically be updated to reflect this new date range. Alternatively, you can use the quick-select feature to quickly choose a common date range, including Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 12 months, Week-to-date, Month-to-date, and Year-to-date.
How long after launching should I review my results in the dashboard?
This is completely up to you! Some brands like to view their dashboard multiple times each day, while others will take advantage of Klickly’s risk-free, auto-adjusting model and only log in every few weeks.
It typically takes a few days for campaigns to scale to initial testing volumes, and a few more days to weeks for sales to start coming in. We recommend checking your dashboard regularly within the first few weeks to ensure everything is set up and performing as expected.
