Receiving Klickly Orders
How does a consumer transact within Klickly’s Commerce Modules™?
When seeing a Klickly ad, consumers can choose to either purchase on the brand’s site, or to engage (and even buy) directly within the Klickly Commerce Module™.
If the latter, Klickly uses our proprietary Commerce Module™ technology which enables consumers to purchase directly in-ad. The consumer will select the product they wish to purchase, select variants if needed (different colors, sizes, quantities, etc.), and check out within the ad by entering their payment details and shipping info. All order info is then sent directly into your eCommerce backend (I.E. ShopifyPlus, Magento, etc) for fulfillment
For all sales that occur in Klicky’s Commerce Modules™, we handle the payment processing on our end securely via Stripe and send the money directly to your account. Separately, we charge the appropriate commissions to the credit card or account) on file so your accounting team can accurately book commissions as “marketing/advertising” dollars.
What payment methods can I use to pay commissions?
Klickly allows you to pay for commissions either by credit card or ACH billing. To select your payment method, simply visit 'Account Settings' >> 'Account Management' and choose your payment method of choice under 'Billing Information'.
Where is the money sent from an in-ad order?
