What is the “Rest-of-site commission”?

Rest-of-site commission is an optional % commission that is paid when we drive a sale for a product on your site that isn't in a live campaign. This commission is typically lower than your general “campaign commission” and serves to incentivize Klickly to send more traffic back to your site.

What is the “New-customer commission”?

Think of this as your overall, store-wide blended CPA (while this is brand-dependent, we suggest using your overall blended CPA for your New Customer Commission as it takes into account the impact that prior touch-points may have had on a consumer’s purchase decision)

What is the “Cold-customer commission”?

Think of this as your highest new-customer CPA (typically 75% - 125% or ~1x ROAS –– think of “cold customer sales” as sales to completely unknown, new customers delivered on a silver platter, and hence, the higher commission)

Can I set up multiple log-ins to access the dashboard?

Yes; to add additional team members to your Klickly dashboard, you must first have admin access. Admin access is based upon your permissions within your eCommerce platform (I.E. ShopifyPlus, Magento, etc); if you are not an admin for eCommerce store, please request access.

To add team members:

  1. Click on the brand name (upper right-hand)
  2. Click on 'Account settings' in the drop-down menu
  3. Click on 'Account Management' (left-hand side)
  4. Scroll down to 'Team accounts'
  5. Click on 'Add a team member' (in blue)
  6. Fill out all information

When adding new team members, make sure to assign a specific access level –– either choose Admin (they will have access to all settings) or Member (they will have limited access to settings).

Can I customize admin/member access in the dashboard?

Yes; to do so:

  1. Click on the brand name (upper right-hand)
  2. Click on 'Account settings' in the drop-down menu
  3. Click on 'Account Management' (left-hand side)
  4. Scroll down to 'Team accounts'
  5. Click on the user
  6. Scroll down to 'Access'
  7. Adjust accordingly based on the level of access you wish to give the user

NOTE: If you want a new user login to be limited in it’s permissions/settings, make sure this user is given Member access and rather than Admin access.

Am I only allowed to pay commissions via credit card?

Klickly requires a credit card in order to set up your account. However, once set up, you can instead choose to add and debit from an ACH connection if preferred.
