How do I add products to Klickly?
If you've already launched a campaign, you can find current live products in Klickly’s “Products” tab.
To add products that are not yet live in Klickly, simply load them to Klickly via “Create a campaign.” Once products are loaded to a live campaign, they will be advertised.
To add new products that are not yet loaded to your eCommerce platform or Klickly (I.E. not yet in Shopify, Magento, etc), first upload products to said platform, then import into Klickly via “Create a campaign,” above.
Note: Entire catalogue, Best-seller, Category, and Collection campaigns automatically sync without any need to update products –– as an example, inventory levels, new best-sellers, and new items within categories you’ve elected to advertise will all auto-update in real-time via our SmartSync™ technology
How long does it take for my product to be reviewed?
You may have noticed that once you add products in a campaign, sometimes it takes a little while for them to show as live, or “connected.” That’s because we review each product to ensure it complies with Klickly’s and our partners’ marketing policies. We also review every change made to live products (such as changes to photos and descriptions) to ensure continued compliance.
Depending upon the current queue, it can take a few days (and sometimes as long as several weeks), for your products to be reviewed by Klickly’s ad quality team. As you can imagine, we have a lot of products to review and our team does our best to get through them as quickly as possible.
Keep in mind, any products with images or descriptions that violate our ad quality parameters will be rejected – the following categories cannot be advertised: adult, nudity, weapons, violence, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and other questionable material. For your peace of mind, we’ll only display products that are available for sale (if items are out of stock, we will not advertise them) and we’ll prioritize products that match consumer preferences.
Why does it say I have negative inventory?
Because of the way we are integrated with your site, we are able to see your inventory in real-time. Any product that displays a negative inventory in your platform will also show as negative within our dashboard.
Keep in mind, we’ll only display products that are available for sale according to your eCommerce platform (if items are marked as out of stock in your eCommerce platform, we will not advertise them).
Why was my product rejected?
Any products with images or descriptions that violate our ad quality parameters will be rejected. The following categories cannot be advertised: adult, nudity, weapons, violence, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and other questionable material.
To find out why a specific product was rejected, simply load the Products tab and mouse-over the relevant “Rejected” status icon.
