How do I see the engagement data and days to conversion per order?

To see details on the number of engagements and days to conversion:

  1. Click into the 'Orders' tab in the dashboard
  2. Find the order that you would like to see these specific details for
  3. Hover your mouse on the 'i'  next to 'Commission'
  4. Review 'Total engagements,' ‘Last engagement date,’ and 'Days to conversion'


When viewing my orders, how can I change the date range?

To change the date range of the orders you want to view:

  1. Click into the 'Orders' tab in the dashboard
  2. Click into the 'Last 30 Days' calendar icon
  3. You can 'Quick Select':
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 12 months
  • Week-to-date
  • Month-to-date
  • Year-to-date

4.  You can select a custom date range

5.  The orders shown will reflect the date range selected

How can I download all of my orders for a specific date range?

To download your orders as a CSV file:

  1. Click into the 'Orders' tab in the dashboard
  2. Click into 'Last 30 days' calendar icon (box)
  3. You can 'Quick Select':
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 12 months
  • Week-to-date
  • Month-to-date
  • Year-to-date

4. You can select a custom date range

6.  Click 'Download CSV' icon (blue)
