Why do I need to fill out my banking information?
Because we handle all orders within the Klickly ecosystem, Shopify treats this as a ‘manual payment’. A manual payment means Klickly needs to be able to pay you directly. To receive these payments, we ask that you set up your banking information in the Klickly dashboard when prompted – this allows us to send your payment directly into your bank account.
Why can't I update some fields on the Payments tab in my Account settings?
Once an individual is verified through Stripe, that individual’s information cannot be changed. This is because Stripe needs to comply with KYC/AML laws. For already-verified companies, if you’d like to change your contact info, you’ll need to contact Stripe support to make changes (e.g., the name or EIN on file).
